The red color printed corrugated box<\/a> below is a helmet packaging box we made for Ferrari. This is a TTSLB style corrugated box, which also refers to the tuck top snap locked bottom corrugated box<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Through the clear window, the customer can see the helmet inside.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The flute type of the corrugated board used for the box is the E flute, which is only 1.8-2.0mm in thickness. This slimness makes the E flute corrugated printed box<\/a> a perfect combination of the strength and beauty.<\/p>\n

The crisp red background color is a PMS color printed on the 300gsm CCNB paperboard, which is laminated on to the single face E flute board. Also there a 2 extra PMS colors for the Ferrari brand logo.<\/p>\n

The Ferrari box has the tuck top snap locked bottom box style.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As for the printing finish, the glossy laminated film is applied on the top inks surface for the protection purpose.<\/p>\n

Another important feature of the box is the PET clear window across the top and front panel.  In the store, the custom can see the helmet inside very clearly through this plastic window, which is also widely used on the toy packaging boxes.  An alternative plastic film to replace the PET window is the PVC film. The difference is that the PET window is more environmental friendly.<\/p>\n

For the box structure, it is the tuck top snap locked bottom box style, which makes the box very easy to assemble.<\/p>\n
